PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE

Bozzelli and Sons takes an honest approach to preventative maintenance, acknowledging that 90% of maintenance visits reveal no issues.  Many HVAC companies promote maintenance plans to help fill their slower seasons, but Bozzelli and Sons prefers to save our clients time and money by recommending simple steps like quarterly drain cleaning, monthly filter changes, and condenser cleaning.

For clients that prefer professional maintenance. Bozzelli and Sons offers thorough inspections twice a year. We typically avoid over-maintenance practices, such as unnecessary coil cleaning, which can lead to corrosion and require early replacement.  We do not do service contracts. Instead we choose to rely on both quality and honesty. However, clients can pre-pay for two yearly visits at a discounted rate.
