Preventative Maintenance

NO ANNUAL PLAN REQUIRED

Most companies charge you for annual service agreements or annual maintenance plans. At Bozzelli Heating and Air, we only charge you for what you need – maintenance.

  •  Check condition and amp draw on all motors
  •  Check condition and amp draw on the compressor
  • Clear drain line with vacuum
  • Add time release algaecide tablets to drain pan
  • Bleach drain line to kill any algae colonies
  • Clean condenser coil if necessary
  • Clean evaporator coil if necessary
  • Inspect heat strips
  • Check discharge and return air temperature
  • Check freon levels
  • Inspect ductwork for any leaks or damage
  • Inspect and test float switches
  • Check proper thermostat operation
  • Check wiring connections, tightening as necessary
  • Inspect all safety controls
