With extensive experience in historical homes – including plantations, churches, and homes dating back to the 1700s – Bozzelli and Sons understands the unique challenges presented by older structures.

These buildings, never designed to accommodate modern HVAC systems, require customized solutions that preserve their architectural integrity. The Bozzelli family has been involved in historical HVAC work since the 1960s. We also regularly collaborate with Charleston’s Board of Architectural Review to develop solutions that honor the city’s historic character.
